Scheduling Policy
Bare Chemistry Electrolysis requires a valid credit or debit card to schedule all appointments. Deposits are due at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals
Bare Chemistry Electrolysis has a 10 minute grace period. It is the client’s responsibility to contact the studio if they are running late to an appointment. Failure to arrive at or before the 10 minute grace period ends may result in a cancellation of the appointment.
Cancellation / "No-Show" Policy
Bare Chemistry Electrolysis requires 24 hour notice to cancel appointments. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice results in a lost deposit. “No-Show" clients may be responsible to pay the full service price of the missed appointment prior to scheduling any future appointment. Habitual late cancellations and no-shows my result in lost scheduling privileges.
Cancellation by Us
Bare Chemistry Electrolysis will contact clients as soon as possible via phone call or text message in the event that an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, and possible rebooking options will be offered.
Insurance
Bare Chemistry Electrolysis does not direct bill insurance. For clients who are seeking reimbursement from their insurance companies for treatment, we will keep detailed records and provide you with invoices to submit to your insurance company.
